Once a legitimate medical supply company, now a total ***** and ****. I had purchased successfully from Oxyraider at the beginning of this year and thus returned as a customer 2 weeks ago. I made payment via their site and received a confirmation email of my order but since then nothing. I called all numbers listed but they are all disconnected. I sent them a whatsapp message on their advertised whatsapp line - they read the message and did not reply. I tried calling that number only to have the call declined. I sent an email to the advertised support address but have not received any feedback. The business clearly has been discontinued yet they continue to take payment via their site. This is a pure **** - stay away!
I was contacted by Exon Consulting SA after visiting the homemakers expo - after a few months of contract negotiations I paid a deposit for solar to be installed and then i was given a run around and requested my deposit back. After they delayed for over 3 months i researched them and found out that the company doesn't exists - their registration numbers used on invoices belong to other companies and they have no physical office or contact details. The single sole salesman i was in contact with owns the domain for the website and turned out to be a scammer with a fake name. I confronted him about this and he refunded my money. Do Not do any business with www.exonconsulting.co.za.
Telkom you have been billing and debiting my account for 3 months after my cancellation should have been effected. I have cancelled my account in August by filling out your form and emailing it to the address provided. I got the automated response and yet nothing happened after a month. I still got billed. I have since called in 3 times and have been given 3 mail addresses of individuals in your organisation to which i have sent the proof of cancellation but have not received any response and yet still i am being billed every month. I have mail traces of all of this. I received an SMS from you on 09/11/2017 saying that you are sad i am leaving etc. and yet today i got a bill for December!!! How are you so incapable of managing a simple process such as cancellation of a line. I have even tried going into your stores only to be redirected to a telephone call to which the operator asked me then to mail them - and never a reply from them and no action taken. This is daylight robbery - you have shown how untrustworthy you are as a telco in this country. Shame on you!
