IVE BEEN TRYING TO FICA MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST MONTH NOW AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AS YET.IF I COULD GIVE A 0STAR RATING I WOULD. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP
I've sent throght my fica documents and was able to withdraw perfectly fine now all of a sudden when I click to withdraw they sent throght my fica documents. I've tried to contact them numerous times but failed. Please ask your manager to contact me ASAP.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life, I have sent my details to be updated multiple times and no one has gotten back to me, if I could I would give Hollywood bets a 0 star rating. This service is pathetic. Please get someone to contact me asap.
