They failed to turn up twice for an appointment, even though I had confirmed the appointments on email and telephonically. Very poor customer service.
I ordered shaver head replacements for a Philips shaver. They were obviously cheap copies: they are as comfortable as shaving with an angle grinder. Since ordering these two shaver heads, I've received online advertising via Gmail DAILY. I don't think I've ever made a single purchase whereafter I've received advertising material daily from that company for ever.
I bought a product which was incorrectly described on their website. It is now 7 months and 13 emails down the line, and they have stopped responding to my emails completely. Shoddy service!
