Disappointed!!
Bought 2 boxes of prawns got 2 free and now stuck with 4 boxes of powdery prawns.

Disgusted!
Ordered of mr d, our order wasn't processed but money came out of our account. This was the 23rd at 13:09, till today have not received any help. Keep in mind I've spoken to well over 15 agents who promised call backs, money refunded, etc but I was always the one calling which ended up costing more than the meal. Sent PDF proof of funds being paid to them the day of the incident, after being reassured that it would be sent to finance by Friday it still hadn't been don't because they then told me it will be seen on Monday. Was then advised by an agent to speak to the bank who opened an investigation and asked that we request proof from mr d that they didn't get the money, up until today mr d brushes that request off even though they claim to receive no funds. Ask an agent for the manager, you get put on hold endlessly or they blatantly refuse and keep with their opinion. At first I thought it just a mistake but I see all over social media that they are doing it to a lot of people, this is absolute fraud. Will never use their services again.
