bad service
Terrible Courier service. my parcel has been stuck at one of their bays since Thursday and they keep saying it will go out wit next delivery. today is Wednesday and still no parcel still stuck at the bay, will never use them again as it seems they send out deliveries every 10 days or more. They dont answer phones and dont reply to messages.

Terrible Health Care provider
Worst Health Care Provider, Impossible to talk to a human, bots on every platform, their hotline leads nowhere. my wife needed to see a doctor urgently as she was ill, our doctor was not available so had to drive to the next town as that is where the closest network doctor was. they refused to help as they were not "nominated. the bot again says our plan does not nominate. my wife had to go and see another doctor and pay the fees upfront. R8000 PM and you stuck with a terrible unhelpful medical aid.

Profident Fund
Good day, I resigned from my company on 3rd of May 2020 and requested full Profident fund withdrawel. Today(27/7/2020) we phone them to ask when we can expect payment only to find out they have not even started with my claim as there was a confusion on my last contribution date, My company's HR knows nothing about this. so they sent me forms to have filled in by HR which i have already filled in at the beginning, if we have not phoned them, when were they going to let anyone know, which means no im going to have to wait another 6 weeks. Sanlam is the worst
