I have ordered a 6kw lithium ion battery at their discounted 50% sale. When i received the battery it looked second hand and definitely not like the one in the picture. It was fast to receive an invoice for the battery and delivery was fast. I did contact them and they said its demo stock ( not stating anywhere on the website that is what you are getting). Also the bms is not working. Again i contacted them and the person just responded per whatsapp “sorry” i have tried to phone and no one answers. They dis msg back will phone you back just in a meeting! They trade under different names. Like the watt store, thewattstorsa and green sky energy! I am not happy with the service and the product i have recieved! I don’t know if this battery will even let long!
I had a business loan and overdraft facility with FNB. the company was done in by some suppliers. Which then affected my business. I could afford the loan or overdraft facility. I can with an agreement with fnb attornys or debt collectors to pay off the accounts. With in a few months i ask to settle the accounts, which then i was offer discount (which was approved by FNB) if i settle it. I settled both accounts in good faith. after a year i am trying to get finance for a vehicle by wesbank (and i have an account even when in trouble with my overdraft, and never missed a payment). I was told im on risk 3 category at FNB. After multiple emails to the relations manager (which handled my account) and no answers or replies. i found out that the discount was put against my companies name as BAD DEBT written off. i was not informed of this and to me this is fraud..... i have been trying to buy a vehicle since February 2020 and only found out now what the actual problem is for me not getting a loan again. I have two new business accounts with FNB and both are doing good business. I have no luck in purchasing my vehicle now in July 2020. I like to have all my accounts at one bank. other banks has agreed for finance if i move my business accounts to them, which i feel i want to. I feel this is bad service from FNB. i ask for an update from FNB regarding this matter and still no asnwer.
