I ordered and paid for a product only to be told that there was a mistake and that the product was sold out. I was told I had to the register on a waitlist - no info given after asking when the product would be available. Makes one question the business practice of getting your money and then saying IT system was wrong..
I logged a call electronically approximately 6 weeks ago to get my 84 year old father’s landline transferred to his new home No response was received I then called the landline 3 weeks ago waited for half an hour and was told I would be called within 2 hours with the reference number - no call received I called again today waited another half an hour and was told my father must call, which is impossible .... so no idea of when the phone will be transferred while my father must still pay for his line rental .. this is shocking and unacceptable. How does one get a landline transferred???
