Secret skin .. pathetic service
Purchased illiyoon cream from secret skin They Sent me a different product compared to what was advertised on their website Contacted customer support They agreed with me that product advertised and what was actually sent to me were different products Their response was that I have to send it back to them at my cost and and I will be issued with a store coupon When they actually sent a product I never purchased Pathetic customer service

Scary
I ordered and paid for a product only to be told that there was a mistake and that the product was sold out. I was told I had to the register on a waitlist - no info given after asking when the product would be available. Makes one question the business practice of getting your money and then saying IT system was wrong..

Scary

Great customer care
To cut the story short I tried secret skin out for the first time on Sunday 13 July and the payment showed that it was reversed then it showed it went through..after 2 days chatting with Secret Skin (Amanda) and chatting to about 8 of FNB consultants today Wednesday 16th July I received my cash and I placed another order Amanda you are such a great person you went above and beyond your call of duty..and I felt at ease when you said you were working on it,and also when she took initiative to find out if i received the reversal . Thank you so much

Excellect Customer Service and Delivery Process
I had a wonderful experience shopping! The checkout and ordering process was super easy and straightforward. My order arrived quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. Great Customer Service!
I had such a fantastic experience with this business! I placed my order over the weekend & received it by Tuesday – talk about speedy service! What really stood out was the care & attention to detail in their packaging. I ordered the Beauty of Joseon range, & I’m absolutely loving it so far! To my surprise, they even included two adorable Haru Haru samples with my order, which was such a thoughtful touch. Their pricing is competitive, & the overall experience has been wonderful. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again!

Secret Skin - No skin care knowledge
A few months ago I purchased the ordinary products from secret skin after seeing it on social media. I went online to secret skin website and ordered. Once I received the items, i realized there was no real instructions on how to use products. I contacted the consultant and sent her a list of items i purchased from secret skin website. She then provided me a routine to follow. After using the products for a few weeks it was evident that it wasn't working and I stopped. But 2 weeks into my purchase i used the peel and it caused awful burning and ugly feel. I tried again after a few weeks and the same burn.... I reported it to secret skin and the feedback is I was using the product wrong and now im told that maybe the product was not meant for me. Such a big joke and waste of money. Unprofessional service considering i was following a routine provided.
