netstar is a ripoff! I have a remote tracker button In the event of me being hijacked Netstar does not send a team out Netstar calls me( if I am being hijacked,will I have my phone?) If netstar can't get ahold of me They will call my brother who is in Pietermaritzburg to get ahold of me( when I am in Johannesburg) and being hijacked Netstar waits for me to call netstar to inform them that I am being hijacked? How does this make any sense at all? I am being hijacked But I must call netstar to say that I am being hijacked??!! Netstar is a joke and a ripoff Makes no sense! It's a waste of money and pointless They obligate you in taking a 3 year contract instead of a month to month Legal ****mer!!!!
Purchased illiyoon cream from secret skin They Sent me a different product compared to what was advertised on their website Contacted customer support They agreed with me that product advertised and what was actually sent to me were different products Their response was that I have to send it back to them at my cost and and I will be issued with a store coupon When they actually sent a product I never purchased Pathetic customer service
Hi To whom it may concern Does nedstar staff know what they are doing? I receive Different informaion from various employees at nedstar 1.intially speaking to your sales agent on signing up with nedstar I was told my instalment is R179 Panic button is a separate cost of an additional R10 Which makes it R189 When receiving my statement amount was R193??? Amount higher than what I was quoted 2.when technician installed device with panic button,he showed me how it works Had to press button for 10 seconds in order for it to turn green..then only it's activated Hence wanted to cancel because that's pointless! In the event of a hijacking You don't have 10 seconds to press a button 3.last Thursday I received a call to set up a appointment to remove panic button Appointment was for today the 25th of March at 10am 4.today the 25th of March I receive a call from nedstar Charlene Swanepoel ( 0723214800) She tells me a different story - apparently my instalment is R179 and not R189 or rather not R193 ( as shown in my statement) - appointment is apparently not today the 25th but rather the 27th of March (not the information I was given) to remove panic button -she also tells me that the panic button is a must according to myway insurance) Which was not said to me initially when speaking to the agent who signed me up WHAT IS GOING ON???? DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING OR IS THIS A MICKY MOUSE COMPANY??? THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HAVE NO FAITH IN NEDSTAR WHATSOEVER!!!!! SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!

I normally purchase Korean skincare from skinbeat co.za.. I normally spend over R3000 a month with them..been purchasing over a year from them.today the 20th of December 2024 I did a order for only R370 around 7 am..I sent through a email asking to cancel around 9am.. I received a response email basically explaining that I cannot cancel,that I would have to receive the parcel,pay delivery fees again and be charged a 4% handling fee!! Extremely disappointed No value on customers I urge anyone looking to buy from skinbeat.co.za dealing with Veronika NOT TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! NO VALUE ON CUSTOMERS WHATSOEVER!!!
Vodacom clearwater has pathetic customer services.. I was held up and ****** by 8 gunmen on Tuesday Went to vodacom clearwater on Wednesday the 19th of april to take out a contract.. Phone was activated around 5:30pm Went home Noticed phone was defective Wasn't reaching full charge Speaker was faulty Built quality of phone was pathetic Went back to clearwater to explain and return phone Spoke to a Indian lady who is the manager She tested phone and she can clearly see phone is defective.. Its less than 24 hours She refused to change phone Refused to upgrade the contract All she can do is send phone for repairs I went to vodacom repair centre Spoke to manager markus He tested phone Phone is faulty Manager refuses to cancel contract I have been in 1 situation Vodacom makes it worse with their terrible customer services..
