If there was a zero I would rate them negative zero. Their phone lines are so bad do they test them before putting ivf? I called them three times the first time I had to wait for 15 min before I could speak to an agent. Then when I tried calling them the second time I waited for an agent to respond till I gave up. I have to say this was the first time skynet had to deliver a parcel for me and I've had the worst experience. I'm also so disappointed with vodacom for working with such an unprofessional company
If there was a zero star rating I would rate them negative zero. I am furious with this company, I made a payment arrangement in novemver and paid them in full by December. I have been calling them to get a paid up letter and I have been promised call backs and escalations. Nobody has sent me my paid up letter nor called me back. I eventually got tired of calling guess what this afternoon I receive a message saying I still need to pay. I gave Norlam a call and requested to speak to a supervisor I heard the supervisor in the background advising the agent to drop my call I'm so angry with this company
Thank you very much to Karen Venter the resolution manager from nedbank. My problem was attended to immediately after complaining on Tuesday my money was in Thursday.
I'm really disappointed at nedbank. I was debited twice for my personal loan, I understand it's a man made system. I called them on the day I was debited they said it's not reflecting, I called the following day. Layla said she had reversed the money it will take 3 to 4 days to reflect I waited for more than 6 days nothing came to my account. I went to the branch I was told to come the following day as it's late and they cannot reverse. I went to the bank the following they said they cannot help me it's only the administration side that can help me. I desperately needed the money when I called i requested to speak to a supervisor she said she'll do the reversal and it will reflect the following day which was Saturday. On Saturday nothing happened Sunday still nothing when I called on Sunday they said they cannot access loans on Sunday. On Monday when I called they said the reversal is progress. When I called on Tuesday they said the is no reversal that was processed the reversal was only done Tuesday after calling numerous times. They said they cannot peak the call I made on Friday "supervisor" I'm really disappointed I haven't received my money. People lied and they were rude to me I spent a lot of money calling transferred to different departments only to find I wasn't assisted. I still haven't received my money
