I took a policy with sanlam, worst decision I have ever made. Bad customer service from this field agents

Worst decision I took Joining dotsure extended warranty. I was **** to when I was sold this policy that it covers most mechanical components in the car, jiki jiki all parts on the transmission are not included, they start telling you that those things are wear and tire, but on the policy document they show which parts are covered, you get relaxed. Eish from the smooth talk got from that consultant I referred lots of people, I wonder what should I do🤦🏿. I went to the service center to get clarity, they tell me that those things are not wear and tire, but what do I know it's south Africa we getting ****med left and right. And I specifically asked that most dsg motors have problem with transmission is those components coved, the consultant tells me that you can even claim in 31 days, kere are you sure🤦🏿, That's why they don't talk to the service center because they want to make fool out of us.
Bad service and ridiculous request during claims

I have been trying to cancel the debt review because I will be able to to manage my debts, but no one is willing to assist me, the agent who called me took advantage of me lied that I will be able to buy a house in the next 3months, and now I read that when you under review you can’t take any debt, so can some one assisted to cancel because I will be able to pay all my areas in the next 3months so that I can start planning on taking a bond please
