Bought a button press badge from them however they hardly ever have stock or the 58mm badges. It's been a few years now that I loose out on work because of this. When you contact them they aren't too bothered.
I bought a bag that I loved from Shein however after a few months it fell apart.. I was so happy to see that Suprene had the exact same bag however for 4 times the price of Shein.. I assumed that it would be better quality and not just an imported cheap product marked at 4 times the original price.. When my order arrived it turned out to be the EXACT same product and poor quality.. I am so disappointed.. I have gotten no reply from them to allow me to return my product and I have now read that a lady who had the same issue returned hers but is still awaiting a refund since July. I would definitely not recommend them!!!!
I got a blank thick canvas frame delivered, took out the liability for up to R1000. When my order arrived the packaging had all been torn, the canvas with a huge hole in it as if someone had kicked it. No waybill/delivery note. I contacted Courier Guy only to be told they cannot help me. I then lodged another complaint and was told that the insurance/liability cover does not cover the damages, however they cannot let me know what it does cover. I often use The Courier Guy for both my businesses and refer them out to other people. I am sad to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere as I have had such poor and unprofessional service when it came to dealing with this package.
I recently replaced all my tyres at Tyre Mart North Rand Road. The next day I returned as my Tyre was completely flat. I was told that I had a crack in my rim and that they could repair it for me. I paid R1500 to repair it only to have the same problem after driving my car again once lockdown was over. When I took it back they told me that they got an xray done again and that I now had a crack in a new place on the same rim. When I asked to see both xrays I was told that they will fix it as they could not show me proof that it was cracked in a different place. 4 days later I was called and told that I must now drive to Edenvale to collect my rim as they will not be fixing it as it now has a new issue. They still cannot show me the 2 xrays and I now need to take time off work to drive from Boksburg to Edenvale as they will not bring my rim back to the place where I originally dropped it off to be fixed. Shocking service!!!!
