My name is Tarryn Wentzel, and I was in Pick n Pay Cavendish on Tuesday 29 November 2022 at 13h20. I literally ran in just to purchase 2 of the g**** appetizers as it's on promo 2 For R50, but I ended up buying more than expected so my mini basket trolley ran over.I bought 3 5 L water, 1 snacktime box, 4 packets tennis biscuits, 2 condense milk, 3 tart plates and the 2 appletizers. Upon getting to the till, I advised the packer ( Ayobonga) that was at Litha Ngcambu till that I went over board with my shopping cart could he please fetch me a bigger trolley , he ignored my request and continued chatting to the cashier. When my transaction was complete I asked Ayobonga again will you please fetch me a trolley as I can't walk with 3 big 5L waters in my hand he then told me he didn't hear me (which I know he did) rolled his eyes and then only went and fetched me a bigger trolley. I waited and waited and I could see the till operator was also waiting as for him because she wanted to start packing the next customers packets but she needed me to move mine, then the customer that was 2 tills away from me left his trolley behind, I then grabbed it and packed my own trolley still waiting for Ayobonga to bring me a trolley. As I was exiting the store, he then came walking down and I advised him by saying thank you for taking your own time but I got another trolley waiting for him as the trolleys are not that far to fetch.As he was passing me I could see how annoyed he was, he never even apologized to me for the wait but rather clicked his tongue and swore me out in Xhose "Jou Ma Poes" I don't think he was aware that I knew what that word means, I was so applaud. I've sent the store manager 2 emails already and no response. I want this gentleman addressed and I want feedback immediately, how dare him swear me out in that manner. Since the incident, I've gotten no feedback no apology nothing, I even went to the store a week later to address the store manager Dineo, and her response to me was " I don't understand how there wasn't trolleys in the bay as my store owns 150 of them" , in my mind im thinking lady my complaint is not about the trolley it's the fact that Ayobonga swore me out saying in Xhosa Msunu Kanyoko just because I asked him to fetch me a trolley for my goods. The worst customer experience EVER
I have just bought my second new car and I needed to renew my car insurance immediately , the lady that I dealt with was so quick and efficient as I needing this paperwork done before tomorrow as I was picking up my car.
