My fraud complaint has not been resolved,the fraud department lines are not being picked up...it's been over a month still no call from homechoice except the ones tha remind me to pay
I wrote my review about a month ago and I'm back again...I placed an order but unfortunately the order did not reach me,I phoned homechoice and I was told to send the copy of my ID and affidavit of which I did but to this day I have got no response...now I'm receiving smses saying my account is in arrears,but my question is,how do I pay for something I haven't received???I'm starting to think that homechoice scams people,I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I'm not happy at all...why can't you put the new installment on halt whilst you investigate????and is still say,homechoice do right by your customers
I have placed an order at homechoice on the 29th of September 2022,so on the 10th of October I traced my order because I could see it was taking forever than usual...only to find out it was delivered to a person I don't know...I normally place my orders and get confirmation that is being packed or something but this time there was nothing...and again courier guy would call and ask where to drop-off the parcel but again this time no call no nothing...I'm not happy with homechoice at all and I was told there'll be an investigation that will take 30 days...homechoice stop Messing with your customers
I have received a call from a lady claiming to be from blue label/bigworld mobile..she told me i qualify for a cellphone,she took my personal details including my banking details but first she needed to confirm more details with my manager till today she hasn't phoned me back...I think i have been scammed, I can't shake the feeling,"the cellphone was supposed to have arrived today 29-07-2020..the number she called me from no longer exists
