Useless *****ic idiots
if it was at all possible to give a minus star rating i would award it to these idiots. They continuously harass me with an unpaid medical bill even though i am currently making payments. In addition, their messages are very threatening and abusive and their ability to reconcile and administer the account is beyond pathetic. They are without doubt the most annoying company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

Poor service and no professionalism.
Designer Plus repaired a DB board issue at my premises but neglected to check the installation after doing so and caused major damage to appliances in my house when they connected a neutral wire to the live feed. On contacting them to repair the error and subsequently to pay for damages I've been told it's not their problem and i must contact my insurance company. They refuse to communicate with me to resolve this issue.

Change their name to NoWay Couriers
If I could award negative stars I would. This company should be called NoWay couriers. They have been unable to deliver a parcel for almost 2 weeks now starting on 17/07/2020 and as at today (30/07/2020) still have no plan to deliver the parcel or contact me when the courier is in the area. No effort is made to make this delivery and now the parcel has been sent to another depot so I expect another 2 weeks wait. Will not deal with this supplier (Ledtronix) again if they use this useless courier company
