Bought an item that was being sold as Authentic, only to receive it and have it reviewed by an agent and told it is counterfeit. The Yaga team refuses to claim responsibility. The company charges a 'buyer protection' on check-out and then when questioned about the fee claim you are unable to use it. It's a website full of ****mers.
Contacted their service department regarding a problem with my treadmill cutting out while using it. They came and serviced the treadmill, however the problem has continued. I have contacted them numerous occasions and the only response I get "Our service department will contact you" Terrible that they can treat their clients like this!
Did my first online purchase with ZARA. What you need to be aware of ... exchange policy is for 30 days from the date of the purchase. If it is delivered a week before the due date to exchange due to COVID issues on their side it becomes your issue. I received numerous emails from them thanking me for my patience while waiting for delivery. But they won't allow an exchange or a refund on a garment that is too small when I only had a few days with the item. Absolutely disgusting service and I would not suggest buying anything online with them
