I've been trying to get through to the cancelations department to remove one of my VAS, whenever they transfer me to them the line goes off. They've given me the direct line but I've never got throught to ANYONE. I've been trying to get through for almost a month now to no avail. The question now is how reliable are their services really if something as simple as trying to cancel a part of a service is almost impossible?
I like to thank specially Monica B and Kabelo S for assisting with the claims process, they were professional and sticked to their words regarding timelines and all. I was worried at first while reviewing some of the ratings but they proved otherwise. Thank you Pinapple, I would definitely recommend this insurer.
Medical-aid paid for Covid test but I apparently owe R850, now even getting messages about a discount to settle that account.
I am trying to get out of a contract I have with cell c because it makes no financial sense to me anymore. I've called the cancellation department they sent me to the bank to deposit the cancellation fee, the first consultant tells me to wait 24 hours, the next day I'm told its now 48 hours. Trying to call after that I end up on the waiting tone. I went into the store at Newtown Mall and they told me they don't cancel in the store and that they see no request of me cancelling the contract. This is frustrating because I've made it clear that I am not interested in upgrading or continuing with cell c any further. They keep postponing my request until I have to be billed again the next month. I am not happy with this service.
