Ordered a luxury hamper and only flowers delivered
I ordered a luxury hamper consisting of roses, beauty products and a scarf. Only flowers were delivered. The amount was R1200 +. I phoned, sent a WhatsApp and emailed. They keep me on hold and then cut me off after 6 minutes. Terrible customer service and in effect de*****ing the customers - I I didn't ask to see a picture I would have never know that the hamper was not delivered.

Complete RIP off - Charged R3000 for nothing
ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH This was a complete scam. I contacted them to come and look at my bar fridge that was very noisy. They charged me R3000 claiming that they serviced and fixed my bar fridge. Needless to say when I got home the fridge was still making the noise and was exactly the same as before I contacted them again and then they said they needed another part. Since then I have been following up and they just come with one excuse after the other. They have since stopped taking my calls or answering my messages
