Johannesburg service center: +27 11 ********** . This Pinnacle warranty doing work for Makro on the DELL computers are the most useless service center. First, they collect the computer(Laptop by DELL), then you get a quote for the repair within 5 days. Makenzie who helped me was very arrogant over the phone(change your job, you have no idea how to speak to clients). I make the payment the next morning then it takes Pinnacle warranty 4 - 5 weeks to repair a charging socket and charger. The charger I bought at Matrix was charging even though it was a generic charger, they tell me it faulty and will return it. Still waiting now for 2 weeks. I got my laptop back and the USB and charging socket is cracked. I send them photos to show them and they say I did it. Mohazim says he has photos to show it was me, but when I asked for the photos they have none. They deny the broken pieces and refuses to fix it, he says I can send it back to them for a quote then they will fix it. Never ever will I use these useless bunch. When you open the screen you can see on the side how the plastic moves up as if there are *****s missing, which I am sure is the case here. Where is my charger with different adapters after I was promised a waybill number, this is now more than 2 weeks. I still don't have my charger, my Dell laptop is charging but who knows when the screen will break off, don't use Pinnacle warranty for anything ever. Rather use a backyard mechanic, they will do a better job than this bunch!
Belgium campus is supposed to be an IT training facility but this campus does not live up to its name. My som attended the campus from February 2017 and left on 7 May 2017 due to no books, no study material being provided, wrong books supplied, the lector doesn't know what he is doing or teaching. I had to take my son for extra maths lessons in Pretoria as the teacher had no idea what maths is, books were incorrect. I did bring this to the campus's attention as well as the students also studying there. My son was not the first one to leave the campus, there were a few before him to leave due to lack of teachers, studying material etc. Now Belgium wants me to pay for services and promises not delivered. I don't want to!!!!!
