I’m a former student who feels deeply disappointed by the experience at Belgium Campus iTversity. While the institution markets itself as industry-aligned and professional, the reality is far from that. • Poor Administration: Communication is slow, and departments constantly shift responsibility. Admin staff are overwhelmed or unresponsive. • Weak Financial Support: Although they claim to offer sponsorships or financial advisory to struggling students, in reality it seems to benefit only selected individuals (often not those with the most urgent need). Students facing real hardship are ignored. • Ridiculous Fee Increases: Tuition is now over R120,000 a year — for substandard services, outdated systems, and underqualified or overstretched staff. Residence fees are high, and yet quality and safety are not always guaranteed. • Understaffed & Overworked Departments: From lecturers to finance office, it’s clear they are running on minimal personnel. Students suffer because of delays and lack of support. • Exploitation of Ground Staff: The same maintenance workers are reportedly used for building work and infrastructure projects, with no clarity on proper labor protections. This is unfair and raises ethical concerns. • Low-Quality Infrastructure: Despite the high fees, many of the computers, operating systems, and learning resources are outdated or poorly maintained. Honestly, this institution needs to be audited and held accountable. Students deserve better especially those who are paying so much and still expected to “be grateful.”

We went to the opening day at Kempton Park Campus and was very impressed. DONT be fooled Belgium Campus is one big joke My son was "suppose" to attend Saturday classes at the Kempton Park Campus - After we paid we were informed that they are now doing on-line classes at home on Saturdays. - This is not what we signed up for. Extremely disappointed with this change The lectures who present theses classes are not very helpful and are not prepared to assist students with questions. My son is very unhappy For R6000.00 a month you get very little!!!! We warned!!!

My little brother is a student at this institute. The school recently bought new property near the campus. The rooms are not in the best state compared to the on campus residence. The security on this property is also very poor. My brothers electronic devices (cellphone, iPad, laptop) were ****** in his room on these premises. How does that happen ?? This facility also has no cameras. For the amount of money this school charges they can do better. Thumbs down. 👎🏽 sies!!

When it comes to ****** it is shocking to experience that they will keep subsidy away based on fairer complex student, that the student have to quit because the can't afford They will waste money on those who do not study I am disappointed in Belgium Government, Belgium consulate and Belgium campus in south Africa They care only for darker complex students

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We registered, paid the entire non-refundable registration fee, only to receive no communication regarding anything. No start dates, no information regarding classes, course material, assignments. Absolutely nothing. Only to receive an email from the very rude Dean after 2 months, stating that he was on sick leave due to to a big surgery. How can an entire campus stand still for 2 to 3 months just because the Dean is not at work? We contacted the Info, Sales and Academic Department numerous times, only to STILL not have any communication back. PRETORIA CAMPUS IS JUST TERRIBLE.

The Belgium Campus courses are laid out extremely well, and from an educational point its extremely good, but they fail in a a lot of sectors. For one, some of their lecturers are lacking proper english termanology. They require that you wear a uniform which is fine, but their quality of their uniform is really bad and expensive for what you get. For an IT campus you would expect to get good wifi and power points for laptops in the class, but that is not the case. The wifi is scary slow and there are no power points in class. We also use free office applications in class instead of MS office, for example we use openoffice calc instead of excel, the campus can get an educational license to use MS excel and other office application for free instead of having to resort to free software.

Belgium campus is supposed to be an IT training facility but this campus does not live up to its name. My som attended the campus from February 2017 and left on 7 May 2017 due to no books, no study material being provided, wrong books supplied, the lector doesn't know what he is doing or teaching. I had to take my son for extra maths lessons in Pretoria as the teacher had no idea what maths is, books were incorrect. I did bring this to the campus's attention as well as the students also studying there. My son was not the first one to leave the campus, there were a few before him to leave due to lack of teachers, studying material etc. Now Belgium wants me to pay for services and promises not delivered. I don't want to!!!!!
