I think discovery bank is an amazing bank cost efficient and convenient in general Only 1 huge problem is depositing money into a discovery account is a nightmare According to the website you can deposit R5000 at checkers and the cost will be R19, 00 Went to Shoprite the maximum you can deposit is R3000 and the cost is R20, 00 I just paid R60 to deposit R9000 into my account. And 20 minutes of my time
Delete my business from your database. I did not sign up to receive leads from you and I have requested to be removed on several occasions!! Im not interested in your low budget useless leads. The type of leads you send is not the type of clients we assist. We are a professional company that do our own my own advertising and are able to get my own business THANK YOU!
Stay away from ELMA HATTINGH We paid upfront and after we paid her the entire attitude changed. She did not show up for classes and then claimed that she was waiting at our gate (3 days in a row) We have a camera system and nothing shows on the system Also who will wait 2 hours in front on someones gate and not call them She is a **** and a *****!!
We went to the opening day at Kempton Park Campus and was very impressed. DONT be fooled Belgium Campus is one big joke My son was "suppose" to attend Saturday classes at the Kempton Park Campus - After we paid we were informed that they are now doing on-line classes at home on Saturdays. - This is not what we signed up for. Extremely disappointed with this change The lectures who present theses classes are not very helpful and are not prepared to assist students with questions. My son is very unhappy For R6000.00 a month you get very little!!!! We warned!!!
So the struggle with Cartrack continues. I get daily calls from arrogant call centre agents but nobody call me to try and resolve this issue. It takes months to resolve an issue ... wonder what would happen if I need Cartrack in the event of ****** vehicle
THIS IS CARTRACK - PLEASE READ 1) I have 3 vehicle with cartract installed. 2) My NP200 was almost ****** a year ago - ignition was badly damaged but they could not get the bakkie out of the yard. - No notification from Cartrack. 3) Also the cartrack shows that the vehicle has been at the same address for 164 days NOT TRUE 4) I was told that you have to call in every 3 month to test your units and that it is not cartracks responsibility!! 5) Ive been trying to resolve this for months. I changed by bank account and my debit order unpaid. Wow the same day collects started calling me 2, 3, 4 times a day. Its amazing how they chase to payments BUT when your account is up to date and you need customers service - you only get to deal with arrogant unhelpful agents.
My payment for my funeral policy was unpaid at the end on January 2024. I immediately called 1 life change the banking details. I spoke a consultant who insured me that we will have cover for the 30 days and that my payment will go off my new account. Again today 1Life debited my old account I now have to pay R150.00 return debit fee.
I changed by banking details and my debit order unpaid. I immediately send an email to different life to change the debit order details. I also updated my banking details on their system Different life debited the account 2 more times and I now have to pay R150 x 2 for a returned debit order
And so the struggle with King Price Continues As a 3rd party claiming for King Price for an accident and damages caused by one of their clients Accident was 16 October 2023 and it been absolute hell trying to get this resolved with King Price. 1) Received 3 quotes R52 000.00, R54 000.00 and R60 000.00 2) King price are only prepared to paid R29 000.00 3) They get their prices from a supplier in Pholokwane and Im in Kempton Park, they quoted much lower that 3 panelbeaters on everything. 4) After days of fighting I decided to just accept the offer because I have to get my car fixed 5) I send the signed release to King price Monday 11 December 2023 at 14:35 - also asking when the funds will be paid. I have to use their suppliers and I must buy the part and have it courier before the panelbeater can start with my car. 6) No reply receive and i send another email Tuesday 12 December 2023 at 8:15 7) Again no reply received. Send another email 12 December 2023 at 12:40 and cc Steven Coetzee 8) 12:53 I receive a reply that they have requested payment date from Finance will advice 9) No feedback 13 December 2023 10) Today 14 December 2023 I send another mail requesting feedback and yet again NO reply. I asked for a number at the finance department in order for me to follow up and yes NO reply. I own a carpet cleaning business and I desperately need this vehicle to earn an income. I have informed them from the start that I need this vehicle .
Standard Bank must be the worst bank when it comes to resolving an issue 12 September 2023 there was an unauthorized transaction (R2800) debited from my business current account for Google ADS. I immediately stopped my card and called Standard Bank. 1. There is a 6 day turnaround time for any matters like this 2. Standard bank dont call you back 3. I receive an sms daily informing me that the card ***** claim is on hold due to uncleared transactions. This is not time the transaction cleared in my account 15 September 2023 How safe is our money with Standard Bank? I have transaction on my account that I dont know what it is for. Lots of small transaction?? R1.80 x 5 times for !Fee-E-COMS R78.81 #International R5.00 x 5 Google*ADS
