The decision I made to join ITCA was one that I will regret for the rest of my life. Whatever this place was before, it is now only a slim shadow of that great place. Textbooks were never up to date; online courses have only theoretical work online with the practical part required to do at the campus itself. I was encouraged to do my own research on the internet after complaining about out-of-date textbooks yet was never refunded the money for these misleading and useless books. I was busier pointing out flaws and errors, too busy doing my own research, going through thousands of YouTube tutorial videos, to ever sit down and study properly for exams that are rigged or whose questions are out of date. I do have evidence to prove this statement. As with all the other statements I am making in this message. This campus may work for students rich enough to actually attend classes and live typical student life, but if you are an employee trying to do any of their courses online, I STRONGLY encourage you to seek help somewhere else.
I would like to make a personal complaint against one specific anaesthetist. An anaesthetist that has been harassing my family members mercilessly for money owed with all sorts of threats involving legal action and debt collecting. Mere hours after the money is due, this individual sends threats as if constantly monitoring her prey, like a greedy shark. Not once giving us chance or a second’s grace. Now this would not be a problem for us, except we were GROSSLY overcharged (as said by the medical aid) and this particular 'medical professional' took the curtesy to discuss finances while my family member was on the operations table, seconds before the procedure began. How do you dare call yourself professionals? How dare you do this to your patients? You will NEVER see us ever again and I hope that one day your devious acts will be persecuted and punished as all unethical and criminal acts are.
Telkom's services, their customer care and their ability to fix problems caused by poor to no maintence or incompetant human error, is appauling, disgusting and above all the worst I have seen in any industry. May the day this pathetic company finally goes bankrupt (which is just around the corner) be a very pleasant day marking the end of poor service and sloppy customer care.
