Pathetic, criminal and downright cruel
I would like to make a personal complaint against one specific anaesthetist. An anaesthetist that has been harassing my family members mercilessly for money owed with all sorts of threats involving legal action and debt collecting. Mere hours after the money is due, this individual sends threats as if constantly monitoring her prey, like a greedy shark. Not once giving us chance or a second’s grace. Now this would not be a problem for us, except we were GROSSLY overcharged (as said by the medical aid) and this particular 'medical professional' took the curtesy to discuss finances while my family member was on the operations table, seconds before the procedure began. How do you dare call yourself professionals? How dare you do this to your patients? You will NEVER see us ever again and I hope that one day your devious acts will be persecuted and punished as all unethical and criminal acts are.

Medical Aid Claim
I am unhappy with the conduct of Dr Sandrine Ngandu. I visited her with my daughter to have her wisdom tooth removed on the 8th of April 2020. I was told that they are a cash practice and so paid in cash. I then asked her for the documentation to enable me to claim from Medical Aid and she promised me that I would received it soon afterwards. Up to now I have not received anything. I sent her a message and she said that the documentation had been emailed to the contact details I completed but I did not receive any email. I then sent her a message explaining that I hadn't received the email and I also sent her an email and got no response. I tried calling her several times and she did not take my call. I then called the practice and was told that she made a claim to my medical aid.

Sunninghill Medical Centre - WORST SERVICE EVER
I made an appointment to see a doctor at Sunninghill Medical Centre. When I went in for the consultation, the doctor said that he does not believe in antibiotics, so he perscribed celestimine and Advil CS and a cough syrup. The consultation was R750-00 cash, then we have to claim back through the Medical Aid. I wasn't feeling better and so asked the following day for a sick note for the days I missed work, it was mailed to me without any text - was just a scanned sick note. The next day I felt even worse, I mailed the receptionst saying that I was getting worse and if the Doctor could perscribe something else, I received no reply for two days. I then phoned the reception, once again rude; I asked if they had received my mail it was simply stated that they had forwarded it to the doctor and that he normally answers speedily. I still have not received any reply or even phone call, 2 days later. I now had to book a consultation at a different doctor so I can get better. WORST SERVICE FROM ANY DOCTORS, RECEPTION ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!
