I am unhappy with the conduct of Dr Sandrine Ngandu. I visited her with my daughter to have her wisdom tooth removed on the 8th of April 2020. I was told that they are a cash practice and so paid in cash. I then asked her for the documentation to enable me to claim from Medical Aid and she promised me that I would received it soon afterwards. Up to now I have not received anything. I sent her a message and she said that the documentation had been emailed to the contact details I completed but I did not receive any email. I then sent her a message explaining that I hadn't received the email and I also sent her an email and got no response. I tried calling her several times and she did not take my call. I then called the practice and was told that she made a claim to my medical aid.
