I placed an order for Nike sneakers online, communicated on whatsapp number 061 208 2528 send emails shantel@dripshop.co.za. NO RESPONSE. DEAD QUITE. I made payment and sent proof of payment and they responded acknowledging receipt thereafter I have been trying to get hold of the through whatsapp, calls and emails. NO RESPONSE. Where can we report these kind of shops so that they can be closed for good. They cant be taking our hard earned money like this and get away with it.
I placed orders over the weekend and made payment which got sent to their email address sales@thegiftfactory.co.za and I have been calling daily 087 803 0628 as per their website. Not only do they not answer the phone, they don't even respond to emails I sent regarding my orders. How do these people run the business. Do they still exist? Does anyone know out there? They got email, phone and bank account but where is service?
I honest can't deal with this continuous BAD SERVICE from DSTV. On 3 Nov 2020, complained about false advertising, web and whatsapp platform. Though DSTV responded, I got cut off on my service on Wednesday, 18 Nov 2020. I called the call centre which is useless all the time. They told me I was upgraded on 3 Nov but they can't explained how and by who. I paid for my full services but now am cutoff from my viewing. How exactly is DSTV running its platforms. Why as a customer have to complain month to month. What seems to be the issue. Please can someone help as soon as possible.
Recently been at Pick n Pay, Hammanskraal Jubilee Mall. Did my shopping and when I went to the tills, I was thrown with packing bags and told there are no packers, the shop, Pick n Pack doesnt want to hire packers so customers must pack for themselves. Surprising that where I reside in Jhb and even other places where I have been, never experienced that before. Please Pick n Pay Jubilee Mall give service as given by other shops all over.
How come DSTV prices are different? Do they really want their customers/clients to be pointing out straight forward things like these to them? Who runs DSTV? Their Whatsapp platform shows more expensive prices compared to their website, eg Compact on whatsapp is R399 but on their website says R359. Isnt this false advertising? I want to pay what I see on their website as the whatsapp platform is showing wrong prices.
I have been calling and calling DSTV for the past 3 days and I don't get help. Following my previous issue I had with them it seems like the BAD SERVICES continues. I got told they will give me free service for August month following the issue I had in July. Even though I made payment I am cutoff apparently owing for what they promised to me will be a free service to counter their mistake. Multichoice service is absolutely disgusting. They are not consistent with what they promise and do.
DSTV is a bunch of liars. I paid, over paid by mistake R1350.00 instead of R135.00. Same day I called for reversal they wanted proof of banking and payment. I sent to them then told me will get my refund between 7 to 14 days. Came and pass, sent another email, they said 48 hours, now its been over a month and they are not responding to my emails NO MORE. Such a bad service.
