Good day, I’m making a review on Cash Crusaders (Mall of Tembisa). I made a loan on an item (Fridge) and I have been extending my loan term on the agreed interest Amount. The extension happens upon the reminder I receive from them, be it via Ozow payment Link or an sms reminder but to my suprise no communication was sent to me and my item has already been priced and displayed on the floor. When I asked the lady who represented herself as the store manager (Lindi) claims it’s not their duty to remind customers and she’s not even aware how the above reminders are generated. I’m really not happy with this response and would like to get my item back. The Headoffice number she provided doesn’t exist

It’s quite a tedious process to get attention from Tracker connect. I’m sitting with a unit that is malfunctioning for a period of two weeks already (from the 26th of November to date). I don’t know if the company does not equip their agents with adequate training or it’s just incompetency at it’s highest, there’s an agent by the name of Hillary, she called me today just to make me listen to her conversation complementing a colleague. I’m paying for services that I’m not even enjoying and who’s to be held accountable should anything happen to my car?
I was denied a chance of utilizing capitec services after not agreeing on doing an internal branch deposit as it's costly since they charge R3. 50 per R100... The argument even went physicall with an arrogant Branch manager by the name of JUDA's at Thembisa Megamart. I had to return back home with my money because of his strategy of ripping off people by forcing them on doing internal deposits
