Worst customer experience and i have not even got my fibre installation done as yet I have been trying to get my fiber installation done through afrihost and its been over a week just to get someone to call me to schedule and installation date. You where extremely quick to call me regarding payment upfront but to get the installation date this has taken a week of me calling you daily only to be told that you have escalated it to the installation partner and they will call me. Secondly I understand we working remotely but when i asked to speak to a manager or senior i get told no you cant. Surely you could get someone to call me back. My VR 1120 13667 is still not attended to.
I would like to lodge my utter disappointment with the way I was treated at your canal walk store. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not yet received my glasses. I was promised my glasses with 10days. Last week I called the store and was told my flaw was unfortunately delivered to the Claremont branch and they will get it the next day. Called the store again the following day to be told they will check and yet again it was not received and was promised a call back. In frustration I called back on Friday and spoke to Carmen and was advised that my glasses would be there by the afternoon. I received a call late or Friday only to be told that my glasses has not arrived and the reason given is that it failed in the lab. Now I have to wait again for my glasses. I promised an update on Monday and yet another day has gone by. You collected my deposit with easy but your customer relationship management is non existent. Unfortunately I will not be recommending your services to any of my friends nor will I be using you in future. Unfortunately I cannot do much at for the current situation as I have already paid my deposit. Really annoyed and frustrated customer
