I haven’t even started using their services yet, I am a new customer and getting a hold of Mweb is a nightmare. You hold for approximately an 1-2 hours only for them not to be of service. The Chat box on their app is pathetic because it is never attended to. I tried the WhatsApp chat as well and the person isn’t even trying to assist with their one word answers. I am a new client and I have questions that require answers. If I knew this was the level of service I’d receive I would’ve went with another ISP provider Need to follow up the router delivery
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor customer service I received from your team — specifically from an agent named Mohammed and a manager named Shaam. On Tuesday, 30th of October, Mohammed contacted me to arrange delivery of my parcel. I clearly stated that I would be available on Thursday, 2nd of October, for delivery. Despite this, when I followed up on Thursday morning, I was told that the delivery date had been incorrectly captured. I was then informed the parcel had been "loaded for delivery" that same day — which gave me some hope the issue would be resolved. However, the follow-up experience was a disaster. I had to keep calling in myself, as Mohammed repeatedly promised to call me back with feedback but never did. When I finally got through to him again, I was shocked to be told I was being "pushy" — this, after paying for my order and having to chase updates for hours. This was not only unprofessional, but completely inappropriate and dismissive. I then requested to speak to a manager, expecting the matter to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, the manager, Shaam, was equally unhelpful. She couldn’t provide any clear information or an ETA for the driver, simply stating the driver "has a lot of deliveries" and "he’s assembling." This is unacceptable, especially considering the delays and miscommunication I had already endured. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was not only failed by your team multiple times, but also disrespected in the process. I expect an official apology, clarity on where my parcel is, and assurance that your team will be held accountable for this experience. I hope to hear back from someone more competent and empowered to resolve this issue appropriately.
My claim CKP2617388/1 has been approved however my unit is yet to be delivered, it has been more than the 3 days I was told to wait for. Chane Hartzenburg from Hatfield Repair Center is very incompetent and unprofessional. Firstly she tells me that she cannot deliver my unit to my address as my area is "dangerous", I agree to meet up with her at different location out of desperation and she still doesn't honour the agreement. I have to constantly follow up with her, there is no communication from her end. It's as if she doesn't care about the inconvenience she is causing. This is by far the worst service I've ever received. I urgently need my unit, King Price call this woman and get her to deliver my unit today!
I spoke to Lifumo Mpenyana at the accounts department. I requested that she assist me with a refund request as I was double debited on my account she advised that she logged a request for a refund via email . I called back to verify that she has done the refund and I spoke to Sibongile Magubane who advised that she cannot see any of the debit orders on my account. I explained that I had spoken to Lifumo about my refund and she confirmed with Lifumo who than advised that she did not see anything on her side and that she told me about this. I asked to be transferred to Lifumo however she was on another line, I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor and Sibongile Magubane placed me on hold for 18mins and hung up on me. I called again and finally spoke to Lifumo who was utterly rude, she ended up hanging up on me. I am very disappointed with the service that I received from the accounts department, the agents/consultants are very playful and they don't take customers service serious. I need urgent assistance with processing my refund and nome of the consultants can assist. The supervisor is not even on floor he/she is currently "out". I have requested a call back from the supervisor and still have not been called back!!! LIFUMO MPENYANA is the worst agent!!
Maurice Valla was of great help, he gave me a great deal on my cellphone contract. He was very patience and extremely friendly. We need more consultants like him!!! 👍👍👍
