Unprofessional, unresponsive, unreasonable, unreliable.
Applied for new Telkom mobile line 20GB Free Me and iPhone XS Max 64GB on the 23rd October through iStore and no feedback. 081180 cant assist, Online agent cant assist,10210 cant assist. Apparently stuck with credit vetting for 4 days now. TM-Soc have been emailed and no feedback either REF#_ ********** . Telkom order reference ********** 47A. Unacceptable guys, you are about to loose more business.
Never in my life have I ever experienced such distasteful and unorganized service as recently experienced with Cape Union Mart & the RCS Group over the last 2 weeks.It all started when I wanted to buy the Garmin Fenix 3 watch (Silver Bezel & Red Strap) for R8999. I thought that I might as well open up an account with CUM as they have a wide range of accessories that I could buy in the future. To cut a long story short my account was approved and I was issued a card a few days later. I went to the Fourways branch to buy the watch but the new CUM credit card did not work and I had to follow a telephonic approval process x3 times in the store only to be asked for my green bar code ID book for a second time which I did not bring as this was already provided the first time a week prior at the store. This is over and above the x2 other attempts I tried to get the watch. Nicol branch also assured me they had stock of this watch and upon arrival they didnt.<br> <br> Emailed the complaints department last week Friday and still no response.
