Hi, my name is Silungile As I'm writing this I am saddened with the treatment I received from PEP, I bought aHisense U40 LITE phone at Pep store in Richards Bay on the 4th of April at a cost of R899. Within a week the phone stopped charging, tried other chargers and still it refused to charge. As I stay in Durban and only go to Richards Bay every month, I couldn't return the phone as it was home with my daughter . 2 May when I got home I took the phone back to PEP and told them what the problem was and they booked the phone in for repairs. 14 May I received a call from PEP to come get the phone, when I get there the phone was not fixed and was told it's physical damage. Within a week the phone stopped charging and I'm told it's physical damage..wow. PEP phone qualities are kak!!! I gave them a chance to sort out this issue with their supplier and left the phone at the store. 19 May they call me that they can't sort out the issue unless they take the phone back for repairs at my expense..bull****!!!! I'm sooo disappointed with PEP shame. I want my money back. I will no longer be buying from PEP..Thank you very Much
These people trully dont know what they are doing, my car stayed with them for a whole month and when I fetched it it was not fixed properly. Told them before I told the insurance hoping they will amend and sort it out but noooo...all i get told its a new damage. Why the hell wouldnt I claim from my insurance again if I had hit the car again. Instead these people wasted my time and petrol and leave because had to take the car back in 3 times already...and the owner has soo much attitude doesnt care about hs customers...instead he will make you wait and wait than later you are told He says he is busy. He hides when there is trouble instead of resolving it. I will tell everyone I know about their kak service...actually I was told by couple of people after I told them Discovery chose the Marvic people not me. I didnt believe what they said about them, now I know first hand. Worst service ever .
For months now Ive been sending emails with my complaint with the Panelbeater they sent my car to..Marvic Panel beaters in Richards Bay. Those guys did a kak job with regards to fixing my car, after it stayed with them for a whole freaking month. Told Marvic and reported to Discovery ...all I get is me being made to go up and down to Marvic panelbeaters (3times already). Asked Discovery to send an assessor to marvic with my car, was told he will be there...next thing I find out the dude from Netasses never even came to assess the car, Marvic assessed it themselves. Eyi you know what Im just gatvol now... Discovery insure trully dissappointed me , they are not supporting/helping their customers and allow us to be frauded by poor performing company like Marvic panelbeaters
