I was charged 295 for an account I’ve never even used. I don’t even have a card for that account. When I requested to have it closed, I am now being told to pay 131. What ****ery is this??? I just wanna get this stupid account closed. Who charges for closure????
I was duped into my ultimate account and was promised a ‘guaranteed R250 pick n pay’. This was more than a month. I was told that the vouchers would be distributed in the 30 days. It’s been more than 30 days now and ABSA is playing hide-and-seek with me now! The issue is not about the voucher, but about justice! You promised confidently that people should use your stupid accounts and would be rewarded for it. Well, my reward is that ABSA is now claiming I owe them R170, for what?! I need this **** resolved ASAP!!!!
Was just on the phone with absa for 30 minutes and no one seems to know what i was taking about. i received an e-mail from absa requesting that i transfer a minimum amount of R500 into my cheque account and make 3 digital purchases to get a guaranteed pick n pay voucher. I made 5 digital purchase and transferred R600 into my cheque account but no seems to know about my gauaranted voucher!!!!! my relationship with ABSA seems to be getting dire and dire each other!
After my cosignment was *******ly intercepted(hijacked) last week, wMakro wasted no time in getting another order sent out ot me. I would like to thank makro for sending me another order swiftly. Just got my order, i am happy !!!!!!!!!!! Thank you
My order was supposed to be delivered yestrdsay as per communication from Makro. Today, after i took the initiative to find where my order is, i found out that the driver was hijacked - that is none of my business, quite frankly! i want my order here!!!!!!!!!! I spoke to Obakeng from the call centre( very nonchalant, i must add) and he told me about processes. You guys are clueless about TCF priciples, how can you tell me about processses when i have been inconvenienced about your late delivery. I had to even skip work today and you guys are telling me about processes - how pathetic! deal with your processes at your owm time, i do not have any food now, while you are dealing with your processes. i guess i will eat 'processes' until you guys decide to send my order.
I bought items online from Makro using payflex, however, money went off from my account but the 'order not placed'. The order was actioned on the 29th of July 2025. I would like my money to be refunded fully. I have sent countless e-mails to support@payflex.co.za and no response has been received. If you do not want me as a customer anymore- that's fine! but just refund my money back so i can leave you in peace.

I bought an item from makro last month which happened to be faulty, i think initiated a rturn which was approved on the 23rd of May. No one come to collect my return and i was inconvenienced as a result as i needed that item exchanged or my refund. Value( or lack therof) express has the gall to call me today, almost a month later, to find out if my return was collected. how pathetic. Pre-schoolers can do better than you. Even this 1 star review is a bit too flattering for you guys. y'all deserve a rotten ostrich egg on your ugly faces. I do not know why Makro uses your pathetic services.
