poor product and after service.. Inconvenient to sent a phone back 3 times in less than a year. Unable to contact owners to lodge formal complaints on service delivery. Getting g phone back after a repair with something else then wrong
I have bought a BV9600 pro with thermal image and Bv6000 for 23000 I...first issue was speaker and software issues and was with them for 4 weeks ..they rebooted and I lost all my stuff on the phone.When receive back the finger scanner and Flir camera doesn't work...3 weeks after first repair..I request them to replace my phone of which they say they need to asses it first....now the say it is a virus on the software and potential to loose all my holiday photos and files...again I demanded a replacement of which it was brushed aside.. I am fairly fed up and disappointed...might as well bought a top of the range Samsung...will collect this Saturday and see what is happening.and whT is lost...I hope this time round no defects going on as my twelve months warranty expires March 2021...I never had so many problems with a phone as with this Rugged BV 9600 Pro...dont want to get angry but also needs honest and proper customer care service...
Bought a lemon juicer online in July en still no parcel as the delivery date was indicated to be end July 2020...
