Bad service I had I opened a case on the 08 of March disputing transactions while the money was still in my account.. Its been a run around Last week I got 2 missed calls reverted back after 30 mins only to find out my case is closed Had to open a new case, where is the grace for your working clients who is not always on their phones I'm frustrated same thing happened today I missed the call tried reaching out a minute after that case was closed again My frustration when I logged the call the money was still in my account the case has been closed twice, where is the consideration in customer care and safety

I received a call from capitec on Monday from the forensics dept I missed the call as I was in a meeting... Immediately after they send me an email I replied back twice to be contacted back I phoned on Tuesday to be contacted back by the forensic dept till date I haven't received a call from them... In the email they send me on Monday they stated that they need my documents to investigate my case I submitted all the documents in September at the capitec branch in parys how does the system work if they still need the same documents im really not happy with the service I have received from capitec
I'm very disappointed in capitec Bank services... Yesterday I made a payment into a wrong bank account today when I realized I tried calling them and they simply said the can't assist me... I then tried calling the bank (FNB) which I paid the money to they said I must consult my bank and it's capitec and they said they can't assist me I'm really very disappointed in capitec I almost thought of switching my salary to this bank and its the second incident that they can't assist me... In August /September I had to amounts that I paid into an account later on I realized I have been scammed did everything they asked me to with case report and number from Saps up until today I never received feedback on that incident case I'm so disappointed.
I am still waiting for my phone it's been a month they are scammers they don't even communicate.
