It took us 1 full month to conclude a deal with these people. Sam and Thabelo were the only 2 who knew what to do...the rest were ***********. DISGUSTING SERVICE.... I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE PS.. I AM STILL SITTING HERE WAITING FOR MY CAR DR. WILLIAMS
Thoroughly disappointed with this product! I bought a brand new unit a few weeks ago..and it basically has been broken since new. We had to cancel our camping trip because of this product not working. The worst R 20 000 I have spent in years. Been back to the installer twice... still not working! Also, the Ewiks guy was condescending on the the phone. Saying I should blame Eskom for the loadshedding that damaged the caravan mover... Well, if you going to sell a product in SA that can be damaged by loadshedding you should inform your customers. Pathetic product... I was better off paying guys to push my caravan into my garage. I have been a Vodacom customer since the very beginning in the 1990s I am for the first time thoroughly appalled by their service. We have been wanting to move our business internet since the 22 June 2020. All the Vodacom staff that we have contacted are thoroughly useless filled with empty promises of getting back to us and sorting out our problem. We run a psychiatric practice and we tend to vulnerable people during this Covid pandemic. Our internet and landlines issues have had a major impact on our service to our patients. Please stay away from using Vodacom business services. They are absolutely atrocious! We still left stranded and frustrated... Dr Williams
