Awesome after sales service
Electronics being what it is, is prone to failure and I had such a failure on my Ewiks caravan movers 8 months after installation. Ewiks shipped a replacement Remote emitter as well as receiver to me in order to get my movers up and running again. This was done at no cost to me. All products are prone to fail, it is the aftersales support that is important and here Ewiks came to the party. Well done Ewiks, I can honestly recommend your service.

Caravan Movers (will move money out of your wallet...that's all it will do)
Thoroughly disappointed with this product! I bought a brand new unit a few weeks ago..and it basically has been broken since new. We had to cancel our camping trip because of this product not working. The worst R 20 000 I have spent in years. Been back to the installer twice... still not working! Also, the Ewiks guy was condescending on the the phone. Saying I should blame Eskom for the loadshedding that damaged the caravan mover... Well, if you going to sell a product in SA that can be damaged by loadshedding you should inform your customers. Pathetic product... I was better off paying guys to push my caravan into my garage. Dr. Williams

Phenomenal service
I’d like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to Kyle at Ewiks. His service was outstanding, professional, and his communication unheard of. His service was so good, just from our first phone conversation that I decided to courier my movers to Durban to have them serviced, rather than having them done here in Cape Town. ( Although to be honest, I’m still waiting for the Slaap Stad person to return my call. ) Well done to the entire team @ Ewiks Durban. I can’t wait to get my can back. Regards Jonathan
