JUST DONT DO IT. I saw the reviews. I took the chance. And I got burnt. I can’t believe this site continues to operate. Packages simply don’t arrives. Tracking stops, their website is pathetic, you run in circles. I logged a complaint and - I won’t hold my breathe.
I ordered off Temu as a test. After the disaster that was Wish. I was very wary about ordering again off a Chinese website. I was very, very pleased with the service. My order details were updated regularly. I will definitely be ordering again. If I had to make a negative remark, I felt the local courier company could have better telephone communication. But that would be looking for something to complain about. So the ordering was excellent The updates were excellent The products themselves are very good quality. And the local courier was good. I’ll definitely order again. If this makes any difference, I order three items.. all Were items related to camera gear. And items were received in good condition and I’m very pleased with the quality.
I placed a test order with Temu. Thinking it was another **** website like the old “Wish” app. I was very pleased with their service. I was however very nervous when I saw the poor reviews for Buffalo Courier’s. From my experience their service was very well done. Seamless and my goods arrived on time. Temu gives you a date period. Ie: delivery between 31 July and 6 August. And Buffalo delivered my parcel on time.
I was referred to Charl and his team at Century Auto in Parow. I found the constant updates from Geraldine very refreshing. It’s certainly not the norm. Further more, Charl is very approachable. And will work with you to have your vehicles serviced correctly. I have since had my Mercedes, Nissan and Mitsubishi at Century auto and can highly recommend them. In short, they’re straight shooters. They’ll tell what what’s wrong, itemise the essentials, and list items that need addressing in the future. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had so much trust in a company servicing my vehicles. Highly recommend them.
Ive said it before and and I have to say it again. The service from Toyota BELLVILLE is impeccable. Their professionalism and willingness to help knows no end. Their honesty when serving your vehicle and constant updates is unheard of in the industry. EVERY TIME I go back. They seem to have improved. Amazing. A huge thank you to Lana, Yvette Moss in servicing and Derrick for being such pros. Legend status achieved 🏆 🏆 (see what I did there)
My ref no for this issue : 135713373933777 I’d would like to thank Amanda and more importantly Claude for their phenomenal service. I have had issues with my mobile no showing as a private no, and a second issue where my data disappeared. I was told someone will co tact me within 24 - 48 hours and they did, Claude went the extra step of continuing to keep me updated. And managed to successfully rectify the issue when the stores couldn’t nor could the 1st line support. Well done Claude. Much appreciated You have reached legend status 🏆🏆 Keep up the great work.
Shocking support from Vodacom. I’ve been over charged for an upgrade that was cancelled because the wrong phone was delivered. I consistently get “a credit is due”. I’ve been credited and then AGAIN, I’m billed incorrectly for an early cancellation. Which wasn’t an early cancellation. I had 7 days to cancel. And I cancelled twice with in 2 days. I’m constantly told that the consult will deal with me personally and take care of the issue. And you never hear from them. You get a sms to say the issue is resolved, and it’s not. I’ve been with Vodacom for nearly 20 years. And for the first time I’m genuinely considering moving networks. I spend between 2.5k & 3k a month and this is service I get? Unacceptable. I’ve been told the credit will reflect in 7 days. This over a month later.
I’d like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to Kyle at Ewiks. His service was outstanding, professional, and his communication unheard of. His service was so good, just from our first phone conversation that I decided to courier my movers to Durban to have them serviced, rather than having them done here in Cape Town. ( Although to be honest, I’m still waiting for the Slaap Stad person to return my call. ) Well done to the entire team @ Ewiks Durban. I can’t wait to get my can back. Regards Jonathan
So this is a follow up review. And it just goes to show my original statements about Rewards Co and Mondo are correct. They misrepresent themselves and quite honestly are a business con. They keep their review status high by replying to clients and issuing ref no’s. But they never contact you. I’ve made dozens of calls and they have absolutely no intention of for filling their obligations. I cancelled my contract with them Twice, within the 7 day period. They refuse the cancel the contract. They refuse to collect the phone and they had the audacity to double charge my account when they implemented the cancelled contract. To the incompetent and pathetic staff I’ve had to deal with, here’s a mention. Deserie : the original sales agent. Still waiting on your emails and phone calls. Akhona: spoke to him twice, he promised the world… Smangele: spoke to her 3 times. All she can do is say “sorry, I’ll escalate this….” Sue Haritersad: the senior supervisor, also promised the world. Pathetic. I’m on the process of legal action. And will be making a case of fraud with SAPS.
After falsely representing themselves as Vodacom, I upgraded my package with them. I had 7 days to cancel, and did so within 3 days. Twice. The company double debited my account. Refuses to collect phone, and refuses to cancel the package. I’ve spoken to multiple people, got call recordings as well as call references. If this is not resolved urgently, I’ll have no choice but to take matters further.
