Great customer service
Well to be honest, there was a little problem with my delivery and that is why they lost a star. The reason why they got four stars from me is the way the way that my problem was resolved. Once I made contact with the customer care team, they not only resolved my problem but constantly kept me updated as to what was going on and even down to the time I could expect my parcel. Awesome after sales service
Electronics being what it is, is prone to failure and I had such a failure on my Ewiks caravan movers 8 months after installation. Ewiks shipped a replacement Remote emitter as well as receiver to me in order to get my movers up and running again. This was done at no cost to me. All products are prone to fail, it is the aftersales support that is important and here Ewiks came to the party. Well done Ewiks, I can honestly recommend your service.

Unable to locate Droneworld online
I am not sure as to exactly how many stars there should be on my rating as my experience is somewhat strange. I bought a Dreame L10S ultra from them, and the service was actually very good and would have been rated at 4 stars. But now my machine has malfunctioned while under warrantee and I simply cannot find any contact details for them. I cannot locate them online, and they no longer seem to sell via Takealot either.
