If I could give Faith Parking a zero rating I certainly would. I have parked my car twice with them and on both occasions I’ve found that my car was being used while I was away. On the second instance, my petrol had been used, the cigarette lighter was missing and the steering wheel had greasy finger prints. Clearly they were using my car and eating in it. When I asked them where my car had been, Thabo ( the driver) denied that he’d driven mar for other purposes other than to the parking lot and back. My car did a good 80km being driven around the airport and to a location past where the cars are supposedly parked. What was even more disappointing was dealing with the rude parking service owner, she was yelling at me for being upset that my car was used without my permission then she hung up on me. I have complained to Looking4Parking and intend to open a case of unauthorised use at the police station because this behaviour cannot be left unpunished. Looking at the comments I’m not the only one that they’ve done this to and I invite all the people whose cars abused by these people to report this nonsense. If you haven’t used their services, DO NOT consider it. I sent a formal complaint but I don’t expect them to do anything because it’s been 2 weeks now. Looking4Parking is hardly helpful too because they only intervene after 4 weeks even though I’ve explained to them that I’ve given Faith ample opportunity to address my complaint.
Excellent service from Motsake Koma. He was very attentive and helpful. He event went the extra mile and ask his manage to give me a discount, which was lovely. Thank you very much Motsake.
I’d never recommend Telkom to anyone. This entire business does not understand the importance of TCF. The fact that they don’t even respond to their social media/hellopeter complaints says a lot about their policies and poor governance.
Looking at the reviews that came in today, it seems like Telkom was on a debiting spree this morning. I woke up to a debit order of R1039. This is because I offered to pay my phone off a year in advance but "didn't cancel the contract". I called Telkom more than 3 times to ask what the process of cancelling/paying off a phone in advance is and not one of their consultants said to me, I have to cancel the contract. Now, I have to pay for their incompetence. THIS COMPANY NEVER FAILS TO DISSAPPOINT ME.
In my complex I caught a security guard breaking into my house. This was reported to Bidvest Protea Coin but sadly I would have been better off not reporting it at all. Despite that this was the second time I had been broken into in the presence of the same security guard, only the second time, I knew had proof that it was him, the company decided to keep him. I was told there was a hearing where he was cleared of any wrongdoing because there was no evidence. I was never called to the hearing to testify and submit my evidence which I had SHOWED to the branch manager. I don't understand why he didn't ensure that the evidence was made available before the hearing, unless if this is a company culture, protecting and supporting criminals. The security guard was intoxicated and his supervisor witnessed this but still, nothing was done. It's very upsetting because one would expect a company as big as Bidvest Protea Coin to take such matters seriously because SECURITY IS WHAT THEY ARE MEANT TO ENSURE AND PROVIDE yet my complaints have fallen to deaf ears. I've lost my cellphone while this guy was on duty and had him break into my house while I was inside, this doesn't seem to be serious enough to Bidvest as a company with a brand to protect. It turns out private security companies are no better than the SAPS. They are all pathetic and useless.
