Terrible customer service - Claims
Absolutely the worst service one could ask for after months of following up trying to get through e-mails/whatsapp and phone , you struggle to get any answers and when you finally do you get the same response it will take 30 days if all documents are correct - but no response if all documents are received, every e-mail takes almost a month to be responded to and always the same response. Very frustrated with Sanlam's terrible service.

Money taken from account and never reversed back
Very disappointed. We paid for a game of beer pong the waiter then instructed they have a tournament on and our group cannot play , this was after we paid. We were then told the money we paid will reflect back in our account within 48 hours which I told them this is the second time here they are telling me this and the first time it never came back into my account , now this happened a second time. We love Wildebeest but this is unacceptable as this is now the second time.

Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs)
I recently completed my the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) this is a great online course and I would recommend it to anyone. The 20-hour Classroom Teaching Practice was a great learning experience with the online course and a must for anyone wanting to teach abroad or online.
