Netstar is very unprofessional, i had traded my car in on the 5th of June, i had tried to get hold of Netstar to no avail, finally got them on the 8th to let them know that the car was traded in and what options do i have, the lady i spoke to let me know that they can deInstall from old car and re install in new car, i said ok lets do it, she said i should send them my contact person from the dealership, i did so, and nothing happened thereafter, I tried calling again on the 15th of June and they said they were going to do it, called again on the 24th of July, they telling me about my account being in arrears (which i paid) and said that they will send an email to the account handler to give me a call back. Today, they are telling me that i must cancel it because if Hyundai sold the car how will they get the tracker back, you people are so unprofessional and you're making your problems mine, because i let u know as soon as i could that the car was traded in and now you're asking me how you will get the tracker if someone else has the car? How the hell am i supposed to know?
