Worst company to deal with, Paid a deposit upfront, they promised to start the Monday, which was 2 weeks after ETF was done. They only arrived the Wednesday and completed half the wall. Then requested the balance of payment, which was duly done. It's been 2 weeks of continual messaging and phoning and they still have not come back to complete the wall. Excuse after excuse WORST SERVICE EVER - ETTIENNE IS THE SALES REP

So I contacted SA Walling to do an extension on my wall (approx. 58m) the salesman came out and gave me a quote which I accepted. I had to pay the full price in order to secure the quote, which I paid on the 18th. On the email which I received, I was told that preferential rates of R80 per meter had been negotiated with approved installers. When the installer came and gave me the quote, he charged R120 per meter. I obviously did not find this acceptable and so the fight began. Eventually we agreed at R100 per meter, which is R20 per meter more than I bargained for. The installer came to do the job on 31st October and 1st November. We then discovered that there were 2 panels short. I phoned Themba on the 1st and advised him. he said that he would arrange for them to be delivered. On the 4th November, I phoned Themba and asked him what's happening. He said that he would deliver late morning on the 05th. I phoned him on the morning of the 05th and asked him if he was still delivering. I told him that I had made arrangements to be at the house. he said he would phone as soon as left Boksburg. It is now 14h30 and I have not heard from him. I have tried phoning him 6 times and have sent him WhatsApp messages (which he has read), but no joy. So now I sit with a job that is not complete while SA Walling has my money. I think that SA Walling do not even comprehend the meaning of customer service. I have never been so frustrated with a company as I am with SA Walling right now.

It is now 14h30 and I have not heard from him. I have tried phoning him 6 times and have sent him WhatsApp messages (which he has read), but no joy. So now I sit with a job that is not complete while SA Walling has my money. I think that SA Walling do not even comprehend the meaning of customer service. I have never been so frustrated with a company as I am with SA Walling right now.

Appointment to extend wall was moved by one week cause of work overload. No one contacted me the day before or on the day to confirm when the builders will arrive, by 09:20am I phoned the salesman....no answer, I phoned the office number....no dial tone, I view the facebook page and dialled the given number. Salesman apologised that he did not contact me, said it was very busy and cause of the rain the work can not be done. Appointment to extend wall was moved to the following week. On the day I message the salesman and ask that he let me know as soon as the builders leave to my house, so that I can plan. Salesman messaged me that the builders are leaving to fetch slabs and will be about an hour....after 2hours no builders showed up. I informed salesman that I have to leave and will keep gate unlocked for them. When I returned they were already busy, but 3/4 of what I wanted to be done was not noted by the salesman when he did his 10min quote assessment 4weeks earlier. The builder contacted the salesman, and the salesman replied that it was not part of the quote. When the project was done, I noticed that there was plate extension sleeves pop-rivet around each pillar. The builder informed me that the sleeves stay over the pillar, which is not the idea that I had and was also not discussed with me. The sleeves were also not filled with concrete mix only with loose rubble, each sleeve was cut on different lengths, one new slab is cracked and another has a 100x50mm chip. One top extension is hanging over towards the front. After the task was completed, the salesman messaged me at 17:45 and asked if I can do the second payment that evening or early in the morning. No visit from the salesman to inspect or show willingness and customer care. I phoned the landline the following day to speak to the owner, after the 3de attempted someone picked up and said I should contact the salesman. I phoned the number on the facebook page, and the gentleman assured me that they want satisfied clients and they will respond as soon as possible. This was the 11 September 2019. I will update this review when the respond is made, and what the outcome was.

We needed a few sections of walling A.S.A.P, and was pleased to do business with such a long standing company. Our inquiries were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We will definitely do business with them again. Thank you, Louise

I was promised good workmanship and service for the job done on my property when I was quoted. Poor materials were used and cement was mixed so badly that a bit of rain made it run out. I was promised this would be fixed as no precaution was taken for the weather even on my inquiry with the workers. I was strung along and constantly had to follow up with nothing being done for 2 months till present. I paid a large sum of money in cash for a small job and I am upset and disappointed at the lack of concern taken. It seems all was forgotten after payment was received and I'm still left with the mess they are not willing to fix. I would not recommend this company for quality work. I have to now pay someone else to do repairs!
