WOOTECH.CO.ZA DISGRACEFUL & DISHONEST
THIS IS THE MOST DESPICABLE, DECEPTIVE & DISRESPECTFUL "SO CALLED" COMPANY OWNERSHIP/OUTSOURCEMENT & DELIVERY DRIVER WE HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH TO DATE!!!!!!! FROM DATE OF DELIVERY TO AFTER SALES SERVICE WE HAVE GONE THROUGH SHEER HELL... LET ME EXPLAIN - LAST WEEK TUESDAY, 12 MAY 2026, LATE AFTERNOON, OUR DELIVERY ARRIVED. THE DRIVER'S NAME WAS "SKYWALKER" NO. 0832708785, EMAIL ADDRESS SIKHANYISONYONI126@GMAIL.COM THE DELIVERY VEHICLE DROVE FORWARD INTO OUR DRIVEWAY & CLEARLY FORGOT THE CANOPY ON TOP OF THE VEHICLE, HENCE HE HIT THE CARPORT AND DAMAGED SAME (I HAVE PICTURE EVIDENCE OF SUCH DAMAGE WHICH I REPORTED TO THE OWNER OF THE HOME IMMEDIATELY). WHILE THE DRIVER WAS TELLING US HE "DIDN'T SEE......." AND THAT THE OWNERS WOUKD MAKE HIM PAY FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE CARPORT, HE WAS CONTACTED BY HIS APPARENT SUPERIOR, "PATEL" NO. 0765763061. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THIS MAN. I TOLD HIM EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THAT THE CARPORT WAS DAMAGED BY THE DELIVERY VEHICLE. HE ABRUPTLY TOLD MY HUSBAND AND I THAT NONE OF THIS WAS HIS RESPONSIBILITY AND THAT THE DRIVER MUST PAY FOR THE DAMAGE. IN THE MOMENT, MY HUSBAND AND I TOOK A PICTURE OF THE CONTACT DETAILS ON THE VEHICLE , WHICH HAD WOOTECH.CO.ZA SIGNAGE ALL OVER IT, FORGETTING TO NOTE THE REGISTRATION NO. I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES TO REQUEST THE REGISTRATION DETAILS OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE DRIVER, I EVEN ASKED PATEL FOR THIS INFORMATION THIS MORNING, TUESDAY 19 MAY 2026. THE DRIVER GAVE ME A STORY ABOUT HIM HAVING TO PAY FOR DAMAGES BUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME VEHICLE REGISTRATION DETAILS, AND HAS IGNORED MY FURTHER REQUEST. PATEL, HOWEVER, RESPONDED AT 11H04 THIS MORNING TO THE FACT THAT THE DRIVER SAID NO SUCH THING OCCURRED. ALSO, THAT SOMEONE WAS SHOWING THE DRIVER HOW TO REVERSE INTO THE DRIVEWAY (LIES!!!! AS HE DROVE FORWARD). HE CONTINUED TO ASSURE ME THAT THEY HAVE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS FOR DELIVERIES AND THAT OUR STORY AND THAT OF THE DRIVER ARE CONFLICTING AND THEY WANT VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THIS EVENT!!!!!!! WE ARE RENTING A PROPERTY IN A COMPLEX FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE AND NO WHERE NEAR THE ENTRANCE GATE THAT HAS CAMERA SURVEILLANCE. THE NEIGHBOUR OPPOSITE OURSELVES WITNESSED THE EVENT THROUGH HER LOUNGE WINDOW, BUT, ONCE AGAIN IT IS OUR WORDS AGAINST THEIRS - AND A DAMAGED CARPORT OF A HOME WE DO NOT OWN. YOU SHOULD BE SO ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES - ALL OF YOU - WITH YOUR LIES & DECEPTION ..... HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT TREATING YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT??????

I have just been ****med on Instagram by them... An ad popped up from onedayonly and I clicked on the link provided to make my purchase. Needless to say, through my stupidity and ignorance, nothing but was debitted by onedayonly, but two dollar amounts went off my account from this place as well as another in the name of fredmuscleamazingsport. Disgusting!!!!! Just under R1000-00 gone for a supposed purchase of R190-00 odd... I have my banks ***** division investigating.

My husband and myself were gifted a one night stay at BUSH BABY COTTAGE in Hartebee****rt last weekend. This amazing establishment is run by a phenomenal and welcoming husband and wife team, Corneille and Elana. From the sheer cleanliness of our cottage, to their fabulous attention to detail, outstanding decor and peace and tranquility of the surroundings, this was one of our favorite getaways by far. Thank U so much Corneille, Elana and staff. We look so forward to our next stay *** Ps. Elana my beautiful plant that u gifted me is growing splendidly amongst my Basil plant. Much appreciated.
