GREAT WAX & HARD WORKING STAFF
Hi I am not entirely sure how long I've been coming to Placecol for my waxing in Kenilworth Mall. I do believe I switched places since Dream nails moved out the mall. My experience is always great and somewhat painful but that's what waxing is for. Victoria does an amazing job, she polite, kind and very approachable when it comes to doing my waxes and feeling secure. The branch is clean and tranquil. Victorian is eagered to see me and somewhat gets 'upset' (jokingly nature) when I haven't been coming to my waxes regularly. This place needs to keep up the good work, hard working staff and meticulous work it does.

NO RESPONSE FOR COMPLAINT ISSUE
Hi I still have not received a response or any form of acknowledgment that my complaint has been addressed. Pamela, at Kenilworth Branch informed to email my complaint to complaint.resolutioncentre@standardbank.co.za This complaint was emailed: 13:42pm,Monday, 26 October 2020. Still no feedback or even an automated emailed suggesting that my complaint will reviewed and addressed.

Fresh Veggies & On Time Delivery
My name is Tavia Millward. Honestly this is the best company to get your FRESH VEGGIES & canned goodies from. I'm talking so fresh it's still has farm dirt on it. Their on time delivery response system sets them apart. Even if it's 3am in the morning they will let you know when too to expect your package and/or if there's an changes. I met a kind and humble delivery man who told they are start working at 2am. These are hardworking people. I will definitely purchase again... Probably soon!
