I Am at one store in Pretoria called Saverite supermarket, I took a product that was marked R158.90 and when they scanned it it was R178.00. When I enquired the guys were super rude and they said they'll call a manager and I've to wait for the whole hour for the manager to arrive and and a white lady came and did help and the African guy also came and said my things should be canceled as I am causing a scene. I know my customer rights and the store is not practicing that at all as they don't even know how to talk to customers. The store is at Bosman Street. The Indial guy who seems like a manager came in and he was not helpful at all. If I was a white customer, was the same treatment going to happen or is it happening to me because I am an African. Very disappointed with the treatment that I received from the store as I ended up not buying anything as my whole order was canceled and was told that they don't care if I buy or not and they don't give a ****. Concerned customer
Am very much disappointed with how Telkom is running their business. I took a contract for a Telkom router which comes with 10 gig a month for R139. Every month am over charged and had to call their call center to rectify their mistakes. On Friday the 15th they came in with a shocker, they deducted R619.00 Andi called them again and they referred me to their offices in Thavhani Mall where I didn't get help on that day as they told me that they need my Identity document with so that they can be able to assist me. I went there again today with my Identity document as I was told last week on Friday and the lady who was helping me told me that she doesn't know why they are deducting so much money from my account but she can't help me in getting my money back. She just told me that if the problem persists I've to come back to them again which to me is useless as they failed to help me. Am gatvol with Telkom. It's like they are in the business of robbing their clients.
