Do not upgrade or take out a contract from Telkom mall of the south. i took out 2 Samsung A35 their systems were slow i stayed around a 30 after closing time so they rushed the sale didnt go through any paperwork just said initial and sign so they can be done they didn’t even check the phones and gave it to be sealed to get me out the shop even with out an inv and said they will email it to me and never did. i called them 6 times a day for a week to try get my inv and all they could say was the person that assisted me will send it even even after me saying ill return the phones as they still sealed they didn’t care or want to help at all i eventually went their again to get my inv so that i could claim for the fitbits and went home to setup the 2 phone to my surprise the 1 phone was out of box failure and the volume down button was stuck or faulty so I had to go again back to them as they said their tech had to look at it so due to it being over the week end I had to go back again the Monday for them to look at it and they didn’t want to help then told me I broke the phones volume button which is impossible as I showed them the phone has only been on for 17h since it was opened and they must swop it they refused and said I must book it in even their manager was refusing to come out his office to see me and advise, eventually got him to come out after a big deal and said email him what happened and book the phone in its over a month and 2 weeks and I still don’t have my phone back from repairs yet and I got a sms a week ago saying they done with it and the Telkom mall of the south just keeps saying when they get it they will call me and never do Samsung call centre has called me twice after the last 2 weeks to see how its going and ive told them I still haven’t received my phone back and I’m paying monthly foe it and don’t have it Once they get you to sign the paper work they don’t care about you, no customer service at all
stay very far away from this dealer, what they say and do are 2 different things. they sold me a car that was over book price as it was one owner from new and low millage and full service history with nothing to spend on the car as they would fix it, but that's not the case the car was owned by them for 5 years and had another 4 owners, the car only did under 3500km in over 1 and a half years which is impossible as it was doing 20 000 plus every year as per service records. the car steering controls weren't fixed it has suspension issues and a lot more issues. they also added a motor warranty on the deal which I couldn't use is they didn't pay for it yet charged me for it and a lot more other issues gave them a chance to fix the car even that they cut corners by not replacing parts they just covered stuff up and oiled and glued parts. now need to take further steps as ombudsman doesn't help or respond to you. now need lawyers involved and need to open fraud case ect be warned and stay very far away from them
