Second review on same issue Still haven’t received my 3 bottles of alcohol Makro Online needs to refund me because it will be almost a month since I ordered and paid! Got a generic reply from the Makro Hellopeter team, but nothing has been resolved On the App that order reflects as “ In Progress”
Paid for order 24/11 My 3 liquor items have not been delivered Spoke to Asanda today @ call centre This was my 3rd call besides emails to Makro customer services Received the same blah blah about the store being at fault. Apparently Yolande from the store is responsible for NOT CALLING ME BACK So essentially theft on the part of Makro- took my payment but no items delivered! Would appreciate any feedback about how I could escalate this A.

I paid for spare parts (July) for the Milex pressure cooker, and STILL waiting delivery. I have been lied to every week regarding delivery. The person I dealt with is Nthabiseng. HOMEMARK has essentially stolen my money!!!!
