I recently posted how they took more than a month to respond to a simple query where they *****ulently deducted a higher premium from my account. Finally someone contacted me and made every excuse under the sun including a technical glitch that by the way they had not picked up or fixed for over a month. I was promised a refund and it would take 2 to 5 days. It is now day 9. Gatvol of their pathetic service and false promises. How hard is it to process a simple refund? Time to look for a new medical aid
Last month they debited more than they were supposed to off my account, and no this wasn't the yearly increase as the amount I expected included that. A week after I sent a query via email I was called and told it would be investigated and sorted out. It's now a month later and zero response to my query. Very poor customer service, definitely don't care about your customers
The new Vodacom Vodapay app is useless. Forced to download it as the old one no longer works. Register add my pin, doesn't accept my pin do locks the account. Select forgot pin so I can reset it, the stupid Tobi bot now comes up, gives error messages from the get go, so can't reset my pin. Message on the customer service WhatsApp number, have to deal with Tobi again. Definitely not working and had a technical error again. Select to speak to an agent on WhatsApp zero response. Poor service gatvol of Vodacom and their incompetence. This year alone I've had to contact the CEOs office twice, once for not canceling one of my contracts and the 2nd time for stopping my fiber even though I pay without fail each month and did not send any request like this through to them. They are absolutely useless time to take my business elsewhere I shouldn't have to contact the CEO just to get simple issues resolved. Let's see if they actually respond to this and sort it out or if I have to contact the CEO again
Signed up for their service yesterday as I needed to send 7 faxes. Seemed simple enough. You buy credits and then send your fax via email. They are a bunch of crooks out of all the faxes sent the only one that worked was a test one to them the rest all failed. Absolutely wasted the R250 credits I bought as guess what every time the system tries to send your fax they charge you. Their response when I queried it was I must dial the fax numbers first to see if I get a tone. I did, got the tone and no surprise the faxes still didn't go through. Do not do business with them period. They refuse to refund any money. Their service sucks and try make it look like you're doing something wrong even when you follow their instructions by the book. Waste of time and money
