MRS ANDERSON'S UNPROFESSIONAL WAYS
I was called the most rude and disrespectful collections company. Yes i owe money but that for not justify being spoken to like an animal. Mrs Anderson is her name. She got ahold of me.and further continued to call My Parent. I'm no lawyer but after seeking counsel I think it was a good idea that I recorded the call.

Situation East's unprofessional supervisor!
I always see tenants having issues with the caretaker at Situation East building. She is by far the worst person a tenant can ever deal with. She let her friend into the building and told her where I stay and claimed she knew nothing... a day later she calls and apologizes and asks me not to report her. I kept quiet but luckily I have the recorded conversation as proof. AGAIN just last week she requested management to close off a door the tenants use to and from the parking forcing people to use the external entrance day and NIGHT!. I asked her about the safety issue and how it get my furniture and she further says it's the "white managements " decision. No wonder people dislike her....... Ithemba management needs to consider and respond to tenants needs. People don't pay and they are attended to... WE PAY AND ARE IGNORED AND HUMILIATED!!!!!!!
