Worst insurance company ever, don't use it, change it while you can..
I have received by far the worst experience ever with this insurance company. My Fiancé was involved in an accident on the 1st of August, some drunk guy crashed into our car and then ran away from the accident. We submitted a claim to our insurance as the guy is nowhere to be found. Our car was declared a write off after inspection. Now they refusing to pay us off because they say address where the car is registered and where is normally at aren't the same. That's such a stupid excuse. They are the worst of the worst. They always have an excuse when they have to pay back. This is by far the worst experience I've ever received. They even refusing to pay me back the premiums that I've paid. I was illtreated. They hike prices out of the blue for no reason. I tell you, they might seem like a good company, but don't fall in their trap. They are the worst. I wish nothing for them but a big downfall
