Very impressed. Phoned them on the Wednesday and had my full instillation done by Saturday. The owner was extremely patient and understanding with the many many questions I had. Answering me on WhatsApp at all times of the day. The guys he uses for instillations are young but very knowledgeable. They are definitely a team of our next generation starting up a business that delivers what they promise, these days that’s hard to find. Just awaiting my COC but I am confident it will come through this week. Samantha
i ordered 2 jacks, They delivered a cheaper product and won’t refund the difference. It was a birthday present now what must I do, ask for the gift back cause I feel ********** by take a lot. Or ask the person to please delay their birthday. Sis ! Shame on you takealot!
The manager treated us so poorly. Check out is at 10am, their staff came at 10 to count cutlery and whatnot, we were out of the room waiting for the check out confirmation. We paid a R300 refundable deposit. We proceeded to book additional accommodation for following weekend to the value of R5000, when we drove out we saw the owner had stolen R200 from our refundable deposit, he had taken an addition R200 as a late checkout fee. When we went back to talk to him about it he threw our money back at us and canceled our booking for next weekend. People help me show managers like this that treating guests in this manner should not be supported.
